Yes, we offer flexible rescheduling options. You can reschedule your training session up to 48 hours before the start time without penalty. Emergency rescheduling within 24 hours may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking.

Bring valid government-issued photo ID, closed-toe shoes, and comfortable clothing that covers arms and legs. We provide all safety equipment (eye and ear protection), firearms, and ammunition for training courses. For advanced courses, you may bring your own firearm if it meets our safety standards and you have proper documentation.

We partner with certified indoor and outdoor ranges that meet all safety and legal requirements for firearms training. Range fees are included in course pricing, and all facilities are equipped with modern safety systems and climate control. Specific range locations will be provided upon enrollment based on course type and class size.

Yes, all training ammunition, firearm rentals, and safety equipment are included in course fees. We use quality training ammunition appropriate for each course level. Holsters and other accessories are available for rental at no additional charge. You're welcome to bring your own equipment if it meets our safety standards.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made 7 days or more before the course start date. Cancellations made 3-7 days prior receive a 50% refund or full credit toward future courses. No refunds for cancellations within 72 hours, but course credits may be available for emergency situations with documentation.

Course certificates are typically issued within 24-48 hours of successful completion. State licensing processing times vary but generally take 2-4 weeks after application submission. We provide all necessary documentation and assist with the application process to ensure timely processing. Digital certificates are available immediately upon request for employment purposes.
